Content and target group

Since the beginning of 2012, we have been a partner in the EXIST start-up scholarship/research transfer of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. With the seminar “Founder Team” we offer EXIST scholarship holders a framework in which the current challenges of their business model, their required competencies as well as the team situation, common objectives and the roles of the individual members can be reflected under expert guidance.

We work with innovative methods and tools that have been specially developed or adapted for coaching startups. For example with the “Next Challenge Board” developed especially for the seminar or the “Task Pipeline” in the team.

In the run-up to the seminar, an optional survey takes place, the results of which are used as a food for thought in the seminar, but expressly do not represent an evaluation of the teams. Beyond the seminar, our participants also like to use these test results to show potential investors, for example, that the team reflects its own cooperation and constellation as an important success factor.

To date, more than 1000 founders from the EXIST program have attended our seminars. The feedback from satisfied teams proves us right!
