The perfect problem-solution fit starts with the customer, not with the product. So first ask yourself
- What is the task for which your customers use your product or service?
With these answers, you can start filling out the Value Proposition Canvas. Start on the left side and work your way to the right. You'll find the template for this in the attachment.
