What can I expect here?

Before we meet in person in Berlin for the “Female Founder” seminar, let’s get started together online here. Please make sure you’re already registered for the live seminar.

During this e-learning phase, you’ll gain concise insights into the concepts and methods used in the seminar—such as the ikigai concept, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the problem-solution fit. This will allow us to dive right into the details on the day of the seminar, without lengthy theoretical sessions.

The accompanying online survey helps us get to know you and your startup idea better and encourages you to become more aware of your strengths and areas for growth. The results will be incorporated into your individual final report at the end of the seminar.

Please allow about 2 hours for the preparation phase and complete it no later than 3 days before the seminar.

Assessment of the Current Situation
In this section, we'll conduct Part 1 of the survey. The results will help you better understand yourself and your business idea.

Entrepreneurial Life Design
In this module, you’ll learn what lies behind the concept of Entrepreneurial Life Design, an innovative approach that combines entrepreneurship and personal development. It’s a toolkit full of methods to help you turn your ideas into reality. Following the introduction, you’ll find an engaging exercise for everyday life and a few reflection questions; once you’ve answered them, you can move on to the next topic.

Entrepreneurial Mindset
In this lesson, we'll explore the entrepreneurial mindset together. We'll cover knowledge and skills, strong networks, the importance of role models, and—most importantly—a mindset that turns opportunities into possibilities. Have fun!

Problem-Solution-Fit
Many founders fall in love too soon—with their solution. They build the product, design features, and tinker with details, but without knowing exactly who they’re actually developing it for. Or why. That’s why the most important piece of advice right from the start is: Love the problem, not your solution. That’s what this lesson is about.

Let's go to Berlin!
We'll wrap up with a few notes about the live seminar in Berlin.
