The seminar will take place over two consecutive days in Berlin and will be led by an experienced team.

Each day has its own focus: The first day is about how you are perceived as a team, both from the outside and from within. On the second day, we’ll delve deeper into your team roles and dynamics, as well as the specific challenges of your business model. Both days are closely linked. What you work on on the first day will carry directly over to the second.

The seminar thrives on active participation. There are no seats for spectators. You’ll discuss, present, give, and receive feedback. To do this, you’ll work within your group, but also with the other teams. For many participants, this exchange with like-minded people facing similar challenges is one of the most valuable parts of the seminar.
